As some of you will remember, last Sunday our fundraising committee visited various churches in Sutton, Raheny, Baldoyle and surrounding areas. Our fundraising team were hugely successful in their efforts, and all of their hard work paid off exceptionally. In total, we raised approximately €1,327, which is a fantastic result. Below, you can find a small article written by the head of the Icitabo Project, Eoin Kelly.

"Last weekend we did a church gate collection over four masses in the Baldoyle parish.

We contacted the parish before hand to ask them if we could speak at each mass and they allowed us to.

Two members of our fundraising team, Sean Alexander and Ben Roberts spoke brilliantly at the masses and as a result we raised over €1300 for our project.

On behalf of our team thanks to Trish and all the parishioners and Father Peter and Father Niall for allowing us to speak at the masses. Also, thank you very much to everyone who donated for your sincere generosity, it is greatly appreciated."

As always, many thanks to all that donated, and thank you alll for your continued support.

~The Icitabo Team
